Atom chooses Mind Manchester as its charity partner

Our team recently had the opportunity to vote for a charity to support over the next quarter, and the votes are in. We’re pleased to announce that we’ll be supporting Mind Manchester.

Mind Manchester is dedicated to improving the lives of people experiencing mental health difficulties and creating a space where mental health can come first. It’s a cause that our team felt strongly about, and we’re looking forward to supporting the charity over the coming months.

To get things started, we hosted a cake sale this week, bringing the team together for an afternoon of plenty of sweet treats - all while raising money for a great cause.

Thanks to the generosity of our team, we raised £92.71, which will be donated to Mind Manchester.

And our support won’t stop there. We’re also introducing a positive affirmations board in the office, with a different team member adding their own quote each week before choosing the next person to take part.

It’s a simple initiative, but one we hope will encourage positivity, connection and open conversations around mental wellbeing within our team.

We’re looking forward to continuing our fundraising and support for Mind Manchester throughout the quarter and seeing what we can achieve together.
