As part of this ongoing investment, we’re pleased to introduce our latest laboratory upgrade: a Shimadzu UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, supplied by the team at Speck & Burke.

The new system will deliver a number of benefits across our laboratory operations, including:

• Faster throughput and QC testing – automated pass/fail workflows will help streamline routine quality control and provide efficient, consistent results.
• Support for bespoke product formulation – enhanced analytical capabilities will support the development and refinement of bespoke formulations, including accurate colour mapping.
• Enhanced raw material analysis – the system will allow us to carry out more detailed analysis of raw materials when they arrive and throughout their storage, helping us maintain consistency from the outset.
• Improved data and document control – robust data management supports our ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
